Mandatory Interviews and Document Verification for Shortlisted Honhaar Scholarship Applicants

Dear Students,

Students who have been shortlisted by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) for the Honhaar Scholarship are required to proceed with the final selection process. You must attend an interview and submit your documents for verification before the Scrutiny and Verification Committee as per the following schedule:

Venue: Al-Ghazali Hall, Emerson University, Multan
Date and Time:

• 28th October 2024 – Serial No. 1 to 200 at 8:30 AM
• 29th October 2024 – Serial No. 201 to 374 at 8:30 AM

Please bring the following documents for verification:

1. CNIC
2. Matric and Intermediate Result Cards
3. Domicile
4. Affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, declaring family income of less than 300,000/- per month
5. Rent Agreement (if applicable)
6. Copies of the last three months’ utility bills (electricity, gas, etc.)
7. Any additional documents deemed necessary by the Committee

Important Notice:
Attendance at the interview and submission of the required documents are mandatory. Failure to attend or provide the necessary documents will result in disqualification, and your application will not be processed further for the award of the Honhaar Scholarship.

Please ensure you arrive on time and bring all required documents with you.
