OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE) program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the fast-paced world of software development and technology innovation. The program combines strong theoretical foundations with hands-on learning, enabling students to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Core areas of study include software design, programming, systems analysis, quality assurance, and project management, alongside emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
With a focus on practical experience, ethical responsibility, and lifelong learning, the BSSE program prepares graduates to adapt to industry demands while contributing to societal progress. Students will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, ensuring they are ready to pursue successful careers in software engineering, systems architecture, IT consulting, and related fields. Graduates will emerge as innovative professionals and leaders, capable of making a meaningful impact on organizations and communities worldwide.

ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Intermediate with any one of the following combinations with minimum 50% marks

h) Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) with at least 60% aggregate marks in the relevant discipline
