Only those students shall be eligible to attend the Convocation who have submitted the First Convocation Registration Fee and have not yet collected their degrees from the Controller’s Office.

Registration

  • Please register yourself for the 1st Convocation on Click here.
  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION FEE DEPOSIT
  • Payment must be made through Bank of Punjab (BOP) only.
  • Upload a copy of the paid fee deposit slip in the required field on the University Portal. Keep a copy of the deposit slip with you and bring it to the venue on the convocation day.

Important

  • The date of the Convocation and the Full Dress Rehearsal will be notified later.
  • The Full Dress rehearsal will be conducted one day before the Convocation day and shall be compulsory for all the recipients of degrees and medals. Those who do not attend the rehearsal shall not be allowed to attend the Convocation.
  • University gowns will be available for rent at the venue.

  • Full Dress Rehearsal: 2nd week of January 2027
  • Convocation Date: 2nd week of January 2027
  • Recipients of Degrees and Medals report at 10:00 AM.
  • Bring your original paid fee voucher and CNIC to the rehearsal and on Convocation day.
