Department of Commerce offers learning opportunities to the individuals who are seeking a valuable career in contemporary challenging business environment. Every year, more than 700 students from different areas of the country get admission with us to sharpen their skills and enhance their wisdom and exposure to modern economic and business issues. We focus on developing individual management skills and their practical application, enhancing capability to understand modern business practices, increasing knowledge in order to apply developed competencies in the growth and success of their prospective employers. The Department of Commerce in Emerson University has its unique place our focus is on tackling complex world-scale challenges. Our purpose is to prepare youth as business leaders for the task of making Pakistan, region and the world a better and more equitable place.

The major goal of BS Accounting & Finance is to equip students with such skills which enable them to compete with national as well as international competitors. It strives to increase students’ practical exposure by involving them in contemporary curricular activities. The department has a long standing commitment to produce highly competent graduates with the ability to meet the expectations of highly dynamic, complex and competitive market of 21st century.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is designed to fulfill the needs of regional industries. The main objective of the program is to enhance the managerial skills by developing capability as per the needs of modern world primarily in the area of Management, Marketing, Finance and HRM. Students on completion of BBA program are eligible to apply for admission in MBA and MS programs.
